Before joining The Charge I had hit a plateau in my business and was at the beginning of pivoting. I had lots of ideas but wasn't really getting anywhere, often getting into my own head and then not moving forward with any of them.
I didn't need someone to give me even more stuff to do. What I really needed was encouragement, someone to hold me accountable and someone to soundboard off. I also knew that whilst I helped my clients with marketing, I was neglecting my own. That's where The Charge came in.
Since joining The Charge I've fully pivoted my business and with the encouragement from Niki and the group, I've built up my confidence to own it. I'm now clearer about what I need to be working on within my business each week and what I'm doing in regards to my marketing and have carved out time to do it. And although some curveballs may come along, Niki and the group help me get back on track when needed. Being able to share ideas and get real feedback and to work through ideas and priorities with someone other than myself has been amazing.
