DAY 1 TASK

Step 1: Go through every marketing channel where you've had conversations - Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, etc. Check DMs, comments, and any hidden Requests/Other message folders.
Step 2: Hunt down screenshots or evidence of client results in other places - such as on your phone, Google Drive, desktop, or anywhere else you've saved them.
Step 3: Pick your strongest piece of evidence, blank out any client names/details, and post the screenshot to this DAY 1 TASK THREAD.

You have until Tuesday at noon to complete each task and post on each daily task thread to be in with a chance of winning a prize. Good luck!

P.S. Remember if you haven't had any clients yet, you'll need to search further back. You can showcase results from previous work experiences, volunteering, educational courses, personal transformations and more - proof of great work you've done, even if it wasn't paid, still counts.

DAY 2 TASK

Today's task is to use this framework to create your positioning statement: I (do X) by (doing Y) so that (Z)
[X] transformation - what do you do, how do you help people change?
[Y] how - what's your method or approach?
[Z] client outcome - what do your clients deeply want?

My positioning statement example: I take business owners from overwhelmed and overlooked to confident and fully booked by building the unbreakable foundations that lead to reliable revenue.

3 steps to get it done:

STEP 1. Go back through your Day 1 proof and pull out the specific language your clients, colleagues, employers or collaborators have used to describe you or your results. Look for patterns of words or phrases that crop up more than once.
STEP 2. Apply the framework above. Remove anything that's vague and keep it specific and true to you.
STEP 3. Post your statement in the Day 2 Thread. Don't feel nervous, this is a supportive space and the perfect place to test what lands and get feedback!

DAY 3 TASK

Step 1: Build your warm leads list. Browse your DMs, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups — aim to write down at least 10 people you could help. Don't overthink it, f their name comes to mind, they go on the list!

Step 2: Reach out to at least 3 people today. Send a personalised message — reference something specific about them, ask one of the five questions, (listed below) and start a real conversation. Remember, you're not pitching, you're connecting!

Step 3: Post in the Day 3 Task thread in this group. Share one word describing how it felt to reach out — and when the replies start coming in, share those wins too! No win is too small to celebrate here

  2. How are these challenges affecting your life or business?

  3. What have you already tried to resolve them?

  4. What's been frustrating about the solutions you've tried?

  5. If you could wave a magic wand, what would the perfect solution look like?
