Hi 👋 I’m Niki and I’m here to help entrepreneurs like you make more money doing what you love.
I studied Business and Marketing Strategy to PostGraduate level before joining some of the UK’s biggest agencies in London and Edinburgh and developing campaigns for governments, national and international brands and organisations for over a decade.
In 2012, I discovered the joy of entrepreneurship - and now there’s no going back. Since going solo I’ve used my marketing skills to build two successful businesses of my own including my own Marketing Agency Enjoy Marketing.
I’ve spent my career building businesses. From managing and marketing nightclubs with multi-million pound turnover, hosting international events including the MTV Europe Music Awards and growing revenue by 300% year on year, to creating strategic marketing campaigns and assets for key clients such as Loretto School where I’m CMO, The NatWest Group, The Scottish Government and The UK Space Agency.
Amplifying brands and generating enquiries and sales is what I do best. I now teach and support ambitious, determined entrepreneurs how to sell more and build financially sustainable businesses.
I don’t just teach you the things I think will work, I know they work - I’ve tried, tested and developed them with everyone from small business start ups to global brands.
I deliver training for Google Digital Garage, I’m a Global Ambassador for Adobe Express, a Digital Adviser for Enterprise Nation, a Mentor for NatWest and I’m a marketing multi-award winner including multiple gold and silver awards from The Marketing Society, the ones that get voted for by my peers from across the industry. I’ve won Digital Women’s Digital Content Creator of the Year, been nominated as their agency owner of the year and I’ve been a multiple nominee at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards for Global Entrepreneur Of The Year. They’re the awards described by Steven Bartlett as the “Grammy’s of Marketing.”
I understand exactly how demanding growing a business can be, I’ve done it twice for myself… and how hard it can feel trying to attract the right kind of attention in a busy marketplace.
