By booking a ticket to the Festive Feast, you agree to these terms. They don't affect your statutory rights.
The event The Festive Feast takes place on Tuesday 1st December, 2026, at 7pm, at Bonnie & Wild, Level 4, St James Quarter, 415–417 St James Crescent, Edinburgh, EH1 3AE. It is organised by Niki Hutchison Limited.
Your ticket includes your space reserved at our table for a festive dinner, intentional networking and introductions, and guest speakers.
Tickets. Tickets are sold through our checkout only. Each ticket is for the named person who booked it and can't be passed on to anyone else.
Refunds. All ticket sales are final and we can't offer refunds if you're no longer able to attend. If we have to cancel the event, we'll offer you a full refund of your ticket price or a place at the rescheduled event, whichever you prefer.
Changes to the event. Occasionally we may need to change details such as timings. If the date or venue changes, we'll let you know as soon as we can, and if you can't make the new arrangements you can ask for a full refund.
Reels upgrade. If you booked the Festive Feast Plus Reels Upgrade, we'll be in touch to organise your shoot. Shoots take place before the Festive Feast, in Edinburgh, on Tuesday 1st December 2026, and spots are limited.
Food, drink and accessibility. This is an over-18s event. Please let us know about any dietary requirements or accessibility needs before the event and we'll do our best to help.
Photos and filming. We may take photos and video on the night and use them in our marketing. If you'd rather not appear, just let a member of our team know on the night.
Behaviour. Please be respectful of other guests, speakers and venue staff. We may ask anyone behaving inappropriately to leave, without a refund.
Liability. We're not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings at the venue. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
