You’ve probably launched before – maybe a scramble of late nights and the feeling you were winging it.

How well your launch goes isn’t about how hard you work.

It’s strategy. tools. people.

In the room

One room filled with an incredible blend of people who launch for a living – doing the do for themselves and their clients, every single week – and you, working on your launch plan live, so that you leave knowing exactly what steps to take, instead of a notebook full of things to “action later”.

  1. Learn the launch strategies working right now – not what worked in the 2021 bubble.

  2. Build your own launch plan in the room, with experts spotting the gaps and opportunities as you go.

  3. Meet the people who’ll be in your corner long after the day ends.

No theory or homework, you’ll leave with your complete plan done.

What the room said

Straight from the 2025 room.

I didn’t know what to expect, but was blown away by the incredible speakers and the knowledge and value shared throughout the day. So many golden nuggets and learnings to now take back into my business.

  • I spent two days in tears last week over marketing a business and not knowing where to start… your event popped up via a friend, by accident. I’ve signed up to The Marketing Insiders Club this morning and am grateful already.
    Elizabeth Ling
  • The room was absolutely electric, full of business owners ready to connect, collaborate, and take action. It was one of those days where every speaker shared something that landed.
    Sooz Young Technology Coaching
  • Still buzzing from Niki’s event. It was action packed and so helpful for designing my licence funnel. A whistle stop tour to London but it did not disappoint.
    Karen Gibb Mind Marvels
  • Had a great day and definitely got loads of golden nuggets. I don’t have anything to launch yet, but now I know how I’ll be ready when I do.
    Caroline Nield
  • It was a great event! I loved your inspiring talk on launching. I left with fresh ideas and real motivation.

What to expect on the day

Friendly faces, hot drinks and pastries when you arrive, and then we get to work.

You’ll be walked through the six steps that matter in launching today – by the people who are building, testing and tweaking real launches every week.

This isn’t about regurgitating things they’ve read somewhere and packaging it up to tell you. Every single expert will be sharing what they’re actually doing.

● What you’ll leave with

By the end of the day, you’ll have…

The centrepiece

Your launch timeline

Targets, strategies, dates, the very latest tools and methods working right now. The complete run of your launch, mapped end to end before you leave the room.

  • Sharper messaging

Your messaging, sharpened to the point where people actually start paying attention.

  • A partnership strategy

A partnership strategy to widen your reach.

  • A plan for the wobbles

A plan for when things wobble (they almost always do).

  • Your people

A room full of people who truly want your next launch to work.

● Why in-person, why now

The difference between guessing and knowing.

Guessing

You could piece this together from YouTube and an old course. Plenty of people do, and that’s why plenty of launches feel like a stressful sprint to an unknown finish line.

Knowing

Hands-on guidance, in the room with people who can look at your plan and tell you what’s missing before it goes wrong. It’s how you remove the fear and stress from launching.

£200 £118.80 (£99 + VAT) Save 40%

A full day of expert-led launch support, so you’ll leave with your plan in hand, actually keen to get started. If you’re planning a launch within the next year, and want it to be a success, this needs to be your easiest yes.

Be in the room

● Spaces are limited

Limited on purpose.

At Launch Like A Pro the venue is welcoming, accessible and thoughtfully laid out, the day is structured to maximise collaboration and results and so that everyone who is in the room gets proper attention and the chance to connect.

The worst thing about hosting sellout events? The messages I get from people who wished they’d bought faster. Because there’s nothing I can do – when the room’s full, it’s full.

Good to know

Your questions, answered.

Where is Launch Like A Pro being held?

Launch Like A Pro is taking place at The Trampery Old Street, 239 Old Street, London, EC1V 9EY on Wednesday 14th October 2026, from 10am–4pm (arrival from 9.45am).

What’s the closest train/tube station?

Old Street is the closest tube station and is just a few minutes’ walk from the venue. Shoreditch High Street and Hoxton are also within walking distance.

Where should I stay?

If you’re travelling to London the day before, or staying over after the VIP Dinner, there are plenty of hotels around Shoreditch and Old Street. A few nearby options to look at include:

  • Premier Inn London City (Old Street) – 5 min walk
  • Point A Shoreditch – 8 min walk
  • The Z Hotel Shoreditch – 6 min walk
Is food included?

We’ll have hot drinks and pastries waiting when you arrive. Lunch is not included, but there are plenty of sandwich bars and a supermarket just downstairs, so you can stretch your legs at lunchtime.

What does accessibility look like at the venue?

We want you to be able to enjoy the day in whatever way works best for you.

The Trampery has step-free access to its workspace, communal areas and event spaces via a lift, along with accessible toilets. There’s also quiet space available if you need some time away from the main event.

The day itself won’t be six hours of sitting in one chair listening to speakers. We’ve deliberately broken up the schedule, with networking and opportunities to move around throughout the day. There are also different seating options available, and you’ll be actively encouraged to get up and move around whenever you need to.

There are also additional spaces away from the main room, including the reception area, which has tables, chairs and sofas if you need somewhere quieter to sit for a while.

If there’s anything specific that would make the day more accessible or comfortable for you, please get in touch before booking. We’d much rather have the conversation and help you work out whether the day will work for you.

Will the talks be recorded?

No. The full talks and sessions won’t be recorded. However, we will have content creators capturing video during the day, so if you’d rather not appear in event footage, please let us know in advance by emailing support@nikihutchison.com as early as possible, and definitely before Thursday 8th October, so that we can plan around this.

Do I need to have a launch coming up straight away?

Not at all. If you’re planning to sell something within the next year, this day is for you. (And if not, I’d love to hear more about how you do make money in your business!)

But seriously, a launch is simply a focused marketing campaign, designed to sell one thing during a specific period of time. Having a little time before your next launch gives you the chance to take everything you build in the room and put it into action properly. You’ll leave with your timeline mapped out, alongside your messaging, partnership strategy and a plan for what happens when things don’t quite go to plan.

What if I’ve never launched before?

You absolutely don’t need to be a launch expert to come.

You’ll be working through the process with people who plan, run and optimise launches every week, building your own launch plan as you go. So whether this is your first proper launch, or you’ve launched plenty of times and know there are things you want to do differently, you’ll have something concrete to work on.

Am I going to spend the whole day listening to speakers?

Definitely not.

This is probably an important hesitation to address, because “business event” can immediately conjure up six hours of sitting in the same chair, filling a notebook you might never look at again.

The whole point of Launch Like A Pro is that you do the work in the room. There’ll be expert sessions, but you’ll also be working on your own launch, talking things through, connecting with other people and getting input as you build your plan.

You’re leaving with something finished, rather than 27 pages of notes you’ll promise yourself you’ll look at next week.

Is it okay to come on my own?

Absolutely. Lots of people will be coming on their own, so you definitely won’t be the only one.

We’ve deliberately built opportunities to connect into the day, rather than leaving you to walk into a room and figure it out for yourself. There’ll be networking, conversations and plenty of time to get to know the other business owners in the room as you work through the day together.

You might arrive on your own, but you certainly won’t spend the day on your own.

What should I bring?

There’s no need to bring anything except yourself. If you want to, you can bring your laptop, charger and whatever you normally use to plan your business, but you don’t need any of these things. We’ll be using the event workbook as an active planning tool to map out your launch plan as we go.

What kind of businesses will be there?

Expect a room full of ambitious business owners who are there to work on their next launch, learn and meet other brilliant people doing the same.

You’ll be alongside coaches, consultants, course creators, service providers and other founders at different stages of business.

You’ll also have our guest experts in the room with you throughout the day. They won’t just arrive for their session and disappear, they’ll be there to join the conversations, answer questions and share their expertise as you work through your launch.
