Our core ethos for Niki Hutchison Limited (trading as Enjoy Marketing®) is to show you a way of doing business which empowers you and those around you. We practise what we preach and part of that involves setting out clearly from the outset the way in which we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to join Launch Like A Pro Live!, then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.

The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase Launch Like A Pro Live! you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by Niki Hutchison Limited (trading as Enjoy Marketing®). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Niki Hutchison Limited (trading as Enjoy Marketing®) (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.

Launch Like A Pro Live! is a one-off event where we will break down in detail everything that you need to know to be able to launch your offerings live with Keynotes from Niki Hutchison and other hand-picked launch experts. We will give you the most up-to-date launch strategies and techniques available.

The aim is to provide support and guidance on the strategies which online businesses need to help them to make more sales and become profitable. The information is not tailored to any specific industry or any one person or business but includes information which has been tested and used across a range of different industries. Launch Like A Pro Live! involves:

A one day event on Monday 10th November 2025, in London.

Launch Like A Pro Live! will be led by Niki Hutchison and will involved a group of likeminded business owners all looking to network and grow their businesses collaboratively.

The information and guidance shared by Niki Hutchison will be based on her educational and career experience. Niki has an MA Honours Degree in Business with Marketing, a PostGraduate Diploma in Advertising and spent her career working in advertising strategy, before becoming an entrepreneur and then founding her own marketing agency.

The aim of Launch Like A Pro Live! is to provide you with contacts and strategies to better grow your business. As a business owner your business is individual and personal to you and whilst the strategies and techniques which I will provide are tested, it is not intended that you will attend and that you will instantly turn a profit overnight. 

We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of anyone attending Launch Like A Pro Live! Each individual is unique and their business and processes are unique to them. The aim is that by attending Launch Like A Pro Live! you will be better connected and equipped to create a successful business.

All information provided will be general information and guidance. We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information within Launch Like A Pro Live! We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments which you make.

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who will buy the tickets to Launch Like A Pro Live! On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of Launch Like A Pro Live! - Niki Hutchison Limited, trading as Enjoy Marketing®.

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to Launch Like A Pro Live!, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the premises for Launch Like A Pro Live!

Please note that Niki Hutchison Limited reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser www.nikihutchison.com. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of Launch Like A Pro Live! tickets.

The price of one Launch Like A Pro Live! ticket will depend on the date of purchase. The figure displayed and paid is non-negotiable and non-refundable.

The ticket you purchase represents a revocable licence for you to The Trampery Old Street, 239 Old St, London EC1V 9EY on 10th November 2025 (standard ticket), when Launch Like A Pro Live! is scheduled to be hosted. The licence includes the revocable right to attend Launch Like A Pro Live! This licence can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the licence is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.

The bearer has to assume full responsibility of the Launch Like A Pro Live! ticket, once they receive it. Niki Hutchison Limited has no liabilities - financial, legal, or otherwise - in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.

ThriveCart is the sole authorised source for purchasing Launch Like A Pro Live! tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

The Launch Like A Pro Live! tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).

Please note that Launch Like A Pro Live! tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

During Launch Like A Pro Live! you may be provided with workbooks and other materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.

Niki Hutchison Limited has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the Launch Like A Pro Live! ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of Niki Hutchison Limited will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).

The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as Launch Like A Pro Live! starts on Thursday 6th February 2025. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.

If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue(s) - due to delays, Government regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.

If Launch Like A Pro Live! is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances, Niki Hutchison Limited has the sole and absolute right to:
i) reschedule the event, or
ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
iii) not issue any refunds.
Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.

If Launch Like A Pro Live! is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, Government or local government announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of Niki Hutchison Limited will be considered final.

If Launch Like A Pro Live! has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will not be eligible for any refunds. In case the event is fully cancelled, the refund, if issued, will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. Niki Hutchison Limited cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.

All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.

Launch Like A Pro Live! is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending is 18.

If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, they will not be granted entry to Launch Like A Pro Live! No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.

At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.

By purchasing Launch Like A Pro Live! tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to Niki Hutchison Limited to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.

You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims - full or in part - and all claims & entitlements related to it.

Niki Hutchison Limited does not take any responsibility to personal/financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

Niki Hutchison Limited follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at Launch Like A Pro Live! and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.

Please note that you purchase Launch Like A Pro Live! tickets on your own free will. As such, you do not have the right to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute on the provider of the credit card/debit card that had been used for the transaction. Further refund/return/cancellation requests will not be entertained either.

In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
