The terms and conditions set out below apply to your purchase of the self-study product, “BTS Launch With Me” offered by Niki Hutchison LTD. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which I, Niki Hutchison provide services to you, as purchaser of BTS Launch With Me. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which I am bound to and which cannot be waived.

Course Outline

BTS Launch With Me is a self-study digital product. 

The aim is to provide support and guidance on the visibility strategies which entrepreneurs need to help them to establish a powerful personal brand. The information is not tailored to any specific industry or any one person or business but includes information which has been tested and used across a range of different industries. The course is most useful for entrepreneurs running service-based businesses, rather than product-based business owners or organisations. Should you or your organisation need specific or bespoke support then please contact us to enquire about our one-to-one services and agency offerings.   

Product Specifics

Following successful purchase of BTS Launch With Me you will receive access to the Facebook group and launch template (Google Sheet).

You will then have the opportunity to follow along and work through the worksheet in your own time. The digital product provides behind the scenes access to my strategies that I am using to launch.  

For best results it is recommended that you follow along and engage regularly as I work through my launch strategy throughout the period of access.

Whilst all the strategies have previously been carried out with great success by my clients past and previous as well as in my own business, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to access and follow along with the materials will limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and will significantly limit any results. The product is not bespoke and includes general advice and actions specific to my business. Should you feel that you need additional support, such as one-to-one or strategic marketing support, that can be provided separately.

Please be aware that the digital product is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.

Payment Terms

The cost of the product is set at the time you book. On booking, you will agree to a one-off payment via ThriveCart which will be taken at time of booking and all purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds).

Support

The aim for this programme is that you should be able to access the material with ease. Should you require any technical support in respect of accessing the Facebook group or Google Sheet then we are happy to help you to get up and running. Please email support@nikihutchison.com and you will receive a reply between Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm. We aim to respond to you within 48 hours if you email during those hours. 

Once you have finished going through the digital product material you may wish to work with me further. I am a Marketing Strategist and Branding Expert championing entrepreneurial women. Please be aware that additional charges will apply to any one-to-one services or any further branding or marketing support provided.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to us. We will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. We will be provided with your email address and name but will never be provided with your financial information. 

We utilise Meta, ThriveCart, Thinkific, ActiveCampaign and LinkedIn to manage our Payments and communications with you and from time to time we may utilise the Facebook Pixel analytics tool.

Refunds and Cancellation 

As you are purchasing digital content which includes data which is produced and supplied in digital form you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances.  In purchasing the product you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.

Should you consider that the materials are faulty for any reason then please confirm so immediately. Please contact niki@nikihutchison.com and we will investigate and make sure that you can access the videos.

Intellectual Property 

Intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with us, Niki Hutchison Ltd. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale. 

Feedback and Complaints 

If you have any feedback about the product please do share it with me. It is always great to receive words of praise and also helpful to get constructive comments. I really hope that you love this launch content and materials as much as I do but if you would like to make a complaint this should be made to made in writing to niki@nikihutchison.com.

General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of the course. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

Should there be any conflict between these terms and any subscription hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail. 

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the challenge.
