One To Many Affiliate Bonus Terms & Conditions

By purchasing One to Many (OTM) through my affiliate link, you are eligible for exclusive bonuses to support you on your journey. I will receive a commission when you sign up through me that allows me to offer the bonuses listed.

Please read the following terms carefully to ensure you receive your bonuses and understand how they will be delivered.

1. Proof of Purchase & Bonus Allocation

To ensure you receive my bonuses, you must send me your OTM receipt as proof of purchase.

You will be contacted about your bonuses after the 14-day cooling-off period has ended.

If you opt to purchase OTM via monthly payments and cease making payments according to the agreed payment schedule, access to your bonuses will be revoked.

2. Timing & Delivery of Bonuses

For the first ten people who buy OTM, your 1-2-1 calls will begin in line with the end of the OTM programme and not before.

For those who buy within the first 24h of cart open, your 1-2-1 calls will begin w/c 7th April and not before.

If your bonus includes an in-person strategy day and/ or content shoot those will take place on the dates advised, although these are subject to change. Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes any session to be postponed, it will be re-arranged as soon as possible. 

3. Requirements for Done-for-You Bonuses

Some bonuses, such as the in-person events, require your active participation. Failure to make yourself available on the specified dates may result in delays or forfeiture of the bonus.

4. Bonus Expiry

All bonuses must be claimed and used by 31st December 2025.

If you have any questions about these OTM bonuses, the Enjoy Marketing® team will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm and will respond as soon as possible and within a maximum of 48 hours during the hours stated but usually much sooner.

5. Intellectual Property 

During the service you may be provided with study materials produced by Niki Hutchison Limited. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us.

You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.

6. Complaints 

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the service this should be made to made in writing to Niki Hutchison at niki@nikihutchison.com.

7. General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of our OTM bonuses. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail. 

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the access to bonuses provided.
