We practice what we preach and part of that involves setting out clearly from the outset the way in which we will deliver our services to you. If you are planning to purchase a Strategy Day with Niki, then you must read these terms and conditions in full prior to purchasing.

Strategy Day with Niki Terms: Key Details

The terms cannot be varied and in proceeding to purchase a Strategy Day with Niki you will be deemed to have accepted these terms. The terms and conditions set out below apply to the services offered by Niki Hutchison Limited (trading as Enjoy Marketing). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Niki Hutchison Limited (trading as Enjoy Marketing®) (“we”, “our” or “us”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the membership. These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which we are bound and which cannot be waived by contract.

Strategy Day with Niki Outline

A small group strategy day in Central London on Thursday 27th November.

The aim is to provide support and guidance on the marketing approach and methods your business needs to implement in order to grow and succeed. 

Strategy Day with Niki Specifics

Your Marketing Strategy Done in a Day involves:

1. 1 x 6 hour focused in person strategy day

2. Practical steps to follow for your business so that you can hit your business goals.

Strategy Session

The session will be led by Niki Hutchison and will take place in person in central London.

During the live session, you will be asked questions and get input and feedback on your business from Niki Hutchison. 

The information and guidance shared by Niki Hutchison will be based on her educational and career experience. Niki has an MA Honours Degree in Business with Marketing, a PostGraduate Diploma in Advertising and spent most of her career working in brand and advertising strategy, before becoming an entrepreneur and then founding her own marketing agency.

The aim of a Strategy Day with Niki is to provide you with a strategy to better grow your business. As a business owner, your business is individual and personal to you and whilst the strategies and techniques which I will provide are tested, it is not intended that you will join a session and that you will instantly turn a profit overnight. 

We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of anyone purchasing a Strategy Session with Niki. Each individual is unique and their business and processes are unique to them. The aim is that by purchasing a Strategy Session with Niki you will become more strategic and will understand how to create a more successful business.

All information provided will be bespoke advice. We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information provided within a Strategy Session with Niki. We are not responsible for any loss of opportunity or any investments which you make. 

No content covered or advice given within a Strategy Session with Niki should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe that you require medical attention you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately. 

Contact and Schedule

Should an unforeseen reason arise which causes the session to be postponed, it will be re-arranged as soon as possible. 

If you have any questions about a Strategy Session with Niki I will be available by email Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm and will respond as soon as possible and within a maximum of 48 hours during the hours stated but usually much sooner.

Payment Terms

The cost of the a Strategy Session with Niki is set at the time you purchase. In order to purchase you will agree to either a one-off payment via ThriveCart which will be taken immediately.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your privacy and the protection of your personal data is important to us. Your personal data is protected as set out in our privacy policy which can be found https://www.nikihutchison.com/privacy-policy.

We utilise ThriveCart and ActiveCampaign to manage our communications with you and from time to time may utilise the Facebook Pixel analytics tool. 

Refunds and Cancellation 

In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within 14 days from the date of payment. Refund requests should be made in writing to niki@nikihutchison.com and a full refund will be provided within 14 working days.

In the event that the session has already taken place a refund will not be offered. 

There is no obligation on us to refund any amounts paid where cancellation requests are made following the 14 day cancellation period.

We reserve all rights to cancel your purchase for any reason without prior notice. In such circumstance a refund will be provided for the remainder of your purchase as applicable. 

Intellectual Property 

During a Strategy Session with Niki you may be provided with study materials. At all times the intellectual property rights and copyrights connected with those materials remain with us. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools but you are not permitted to duplicate or provide copies to third parties. We retain and reserve all of our copyrights.

Complaints 

If you have a complaint about the session this should be made to made in writing to Niki Hutchison at niki@nikihutchison.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What happens if I can’t make the session?

   Please let me know at least 48 hours prior to the session and I’ll do my best to re-schedule your session for a future in person day. If 48 hours notice is not provided, your session may be forfeited.

2. Will I have access to the recordings from our sessions?

   No, our sessions will not be recorded. 

3. What if I need additional support?

   We are happy to provide additional support if required, please contact us directly, additional charges will apply.

4. What if I am ill during a Strategy Session with Niki?

   If you are ill and unable to make a session please let me know 24 hours prior to the session and I will do my best to reschedule your session to a future date. 

5. Is a Strategy Session with Niki suitable for those at all stages of business?

   Yes, I will tailor my advice to your specific business and circumstances.

General

We intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions for the services that we provide to you in delivery of a Strategy Session with Niki. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.

Should there be any conflict between these terms and any membership hosting platform, communication platform or payment gateway, these terms shall prevail. 

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper operation of your service. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible.

If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. The Courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of the Membership.
